Proquis on Demand (PoD) security
The Proquis server facility is physically located inside a high security Research compound, with a gated entrance and patrolled fenced perimeter. Most IT security requirements can be accommodated, such as dedicated server, https/SSL; Their system has never been hacked. Standard Proquis Helpdesk support is from 9am - 10pmGMT, Mon-Fri, but a 24/7 option is planned for the near future. A Proquis formal proposal contains all the Terms and Conditions, by default.
Cost of Proquis on Demand
To create a proposal, we need to qualify the following with a potential customer:
- which and how many modules are required;
- the amount of server space (GB) required for data (RAID) specifically;
- the advance payment period, which involves a discount based on advanced months payments;
- the number of training / configuration / data importation days required.
More than one permutation can be quoted if necessary.

Proquis on Demand provides the Proquis enterprise suite as a remotely hosted service (SaaS / Cloud) solution, for which demand is slowly growing:
- involves an all-in monthly rental, not the purchase, of all that's required;
- includes Support, Version upgrades, security, database licenses, 3rd party applications, daily backups and more;
- minimises customer capital outlay and their ongoing IT software and hardware costs;
- gives companies freedom to concentrate on what they do, outsourcing the IT complications.
