Extending the features of PROQUIS is the Health and Safety module. This provides the Accident Log for recording of any accidents, dangerous occurrences or incidents and ensures that these are investigated and reported correctly. In addition, with links to the Issues and Actions module for problem resolution and analysis, this area helps you ensure that recurrence is prevented. This is built on the requirements of RIDDOR in the UK and OSHA in USA, and is applicable for most statutory or regulatory reporting.
The PROQUIS Accident Log allows you to record details of any accidents or other dangerous incidents that may occur in the workplace to comply with the basic requirements of local authorities for the reporting of more serious incidents (RIDDOR:UK, OSHA: USA, HSA:Ireland, etc.), you can use it to log any kind of accident or potentially dangerous situation, even if it does not fall into the Reportable category.
When recording such incidents in PROQUIS, you can apply various analysis and other codes to the records, thus giving you facilities for analysis of the data later.
